This is an incredible ultra rare book that at this time- with only ONE copy that ONE library in the entire country, Rolfing Memorial Library- can be checked out. Which of course cannot leave the library.

This booklet is in wonderful condition considering the age. All pages are intact. No marks on pages. The cover is aged. Please refer to photos to see how the edges are aged with the cover before bidding. Considering it’s nearly 100 years old, it’s near perfect. Other than the cover the pages are perfect for the exception of the first few pages where it seems something was stored either in the pages or in the book as the first few pages has an odd indent. So maybe it was made that way?
No bent pages. No marks. Simply beautiful!
