These are absolutely adorable plush from Tonka.  This Spotted Puppy Dog is  from the Pound Puppies family.  This puppy plush measures approx 7 inches long from the tip of her nose to the tip of her tail.  So Cute!
This belonged to my daughter and was kept on a shelf in her playroom at Grandma's.    We cannot find any stains or tears.  He does have a scratch on one eye, see photos.  Smoke free home.  Please feel free to email me if you have any questions.
