    Description

    This is a super rare Sherwood Rye back bar bottle with glass stopper.  This is a beautiful bottle with white enamel lettering that is in excellent condition.  This clear back bar bottle measures about 10-1/4" tall and has a diameter of 4.5" at the widest point.  I am also including a still sealed Sherwood Rye sample bottle that is also in excellent condition.  The contents of this bottle have been evaporated for a while.  If you are a collector of either Sherwood or Foust, then you know that Foust had bottled for Sherwood, hence the rear label on the small bottle.  I have been collecting for many years and I do not recall ever seeing this Sherwood Rye back bar bottle other than this one that I purchased many years ago.  I am in York County, PA and I would prefer to deliver this very rare item instead of having to ship it.  Follow my other auctions, since this will be the first of several Foust Distillery and other local distillery items that I am parting with after spending many years of collecting.
