Dear Dad: This is why
I want a Suzuki mini-bike.
Suzuki: built to take on the country.
I want one because it's a whole
new kind of fun machine for riding in the
dirt or country.
like if you and I went fishing or on
a hike, or even just down to some field
on a Saturday, we could take turns riding
it. Both the seat and handlebars
are adjustable.
We could carry it in the trunk since
the handlebars swing in and the front wheel
is removeable. It's really a neat mini-bike.
They build it out of reinforced
steel, just like the big Suzuki motorcycles —
so it'll last a long time.
It has a big headlight; hand-
operated front and rear brakes,- and an
extra-long padded seat. It has front and
rear suspension, a louvered muffler guard,
and a special tank cover.
It's easy to shift because it's got
3 speeds that work with an automatic
clutch. The engine has 3 horsepower;
and it's a 2-stroke air cooled job.
The gasoline tank holds about a
half-gallon, so it would only cost
about a quarter to fill it.
And, well, that's why
I'd like to have one.
Can we talk about this some more?
Man to man?
